thyroid hormones,

sympathomimetic substances,

anabolic steroids during the cutting phase.

Such combinations are not medically safe, significantly increase the risk of serious heart problems and can be life-threatening. In particular, the combination of multiple stimulants can lead to high blood pressure, arrhythmias or sudden cardiac death. There are no instructions or recommendations for combining with performance or hormonal substances.
